What the service is: Network planning and design is a process by which we design a tailor-made network for your practice. This network design process encompasses a topological design, synthesis, and realization. We aim to make sure that it meets all your needs, as the subscriber and operator. We also provide around the clock support in the event that something goes wrong.

What we do: When designing a network, we consider all factors for your practice: cost, materials, range, and speed. Our main concern here is to make sure that we create the most efficient system based on your practice’s need and resources.

We then configure the optimal positions for the routers and other devices across the office. This placement will follow a hierarchical structure which will direct the expected data traffic flow. We also make sure the network can handle the users at maximum capacity so that your system will be fully functional even on the busiest of days.

Finally, we provide comprehensive support in case of a network or router connectivity failure or any other issue, and if the issue can’t be solved remotely, we will be onsite to determine and resolve this problem. In the event of a network failure, we will have backup plan to ensure your practice is still in full working order the next day.
