Next, we draw out a detailed outline of how the EHRS will work with your current practice services. This might include checking in and out patients and lab orders. Then we help you select the best EHRS for your practice, which best caters to you and your needs.

Once the EHRS is chosen, we make sure your staff is equipped and prepared for the change over. Based on the type of records they will be handling, we train employees how to operate the system. We also do rehearsal implementation for the EHRS, so that when you go live with the system, you and your office are ready to help patients immediately. We’ll be present on the day of the EHRS launch to make sure everything goes smoothly, and once the system goes live, we monitor the system for any problems. Finally, if any issues do arise, we will be on-site to assess and fix that issue.
